We teamed up with Steph to support the local activation of the national This Girl Can Campaign, complementing a digital advertising strategy and live events with engaging social media content. The aim was to reach as many local women as possible to inspire them to get active, but specifically to sign-up for a one-off “Give it a go” pass which entitled them to try a huge range of free fitness activities during July 2017.

Steph was charged with helping us to devise a content plan that showcased inspirational stories of the local This Girl Can champions, as well as sign-posting women to locally available opportunities and encouraging women to “self identify” with exercise publicly through sharing their stories.

Steph developed the content plan, sourced and selected images, generated copy, and managing the conversations across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. She very quickly hit the perfect note in terms of a local “This Girl Can” voice without being derivative or patronising. Steph continuously generated fantastic content over the course of the campaign, which ticked all the objectives along the way. She was also great when it came to updating the client and flagging potential issues or opportunities as they arose, and was organised and flexible in her approach.

She is also very confident and personable, as demonstrated in her work at the events that took place during the campaign, which involved Steph engaging with the client, the local champions and the target audience to amplify the messages across socials and generating live content.

Steph is great to work with and I would confidently recommend her to others looking for a creative and reliable individual to deliver digital campaigns.

Creating my website seemed like an arduous task for a person more practical and less technical as myself.

Steph guided me through the process with care and attention to detail, ensuring the look and feel of what I hoped to project was evident in the end product.

At the end of the process I felt confident and capable in all necessary aspects of the work I wished to put out into the public forum.
