TV, Broadband and phone, for many Virgin Media is their one stop shop for entertainment. A household name in the UK, they teamed up with O2 as a force to be reckoned with. Their social activity is focused on interacting with their audience – whether that’s online through social campaigns or at one of their showstopping customer only events, including WizKid and Ministry of Sound event. Their ATL campaigns are heavily supported across social, with Usain Bolt and Guz Khan two of the celebrity names heading them up.

Steph joined us to support on Virgin Media’s social for just 3 weeks but somehow I managed to keep persuading her to stay a bit longer. Steph has been amazing over the past 8 months being a real asset to the social team and a joy to work with. Steph has a great understanding of the various social platforms and took no time at all to understand our brand and tone of voice and put it in to action on our channels.
